The Restaurant du Lac Vert is a large restaurant located right next to the beautiful Lac Vert near the Plaine Joux recreation area high above Servoz. The restaurant has a large outdoor terrace facing Mont Blanc with additional outdoor seating at the front side of the large building. In summer there is a small snackbar area at the front side serving pancakes and other snacks and drinks. The restaurant has a plenty of indoor seating area too and serves traditional local dishes. In summer there is a shuttle van running between the restaurant and the Plaine Joux recreation area.
The nearby Lac Vert is the main attraction and draws large crows year round. The shortest and easiest way to reach it is from the Plaine Joux recretion area. You can find the full trail description here.
