Les Saix Blancs are an incredible view point at an altitude of 1660m on a cliff in the Bois de la Planche on the slopes leading up to the Balme mountain on the eastern side of Vallorcine. The view point has amazing views down the entire Vallorcine valley and across to Loriaz and into the Berard Valley. There is a wooden cross with the year 2010 written on it mounted on the cliff together with wooden protective fencing. There are big rocks and a few wooden benches making it an excellent picnic spot.

The main trail going up from Vallorcine to the Col des Posettes passes by Les Saix Blancs but the actual view point is on a little circular detour from the main path. There will be trail markers along the main trail pointing you in the righ direction to get to the Saix Blancs.
